- Entrants must be 18+ years of age or older and legal residents of the U.S. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta. Travel, transportation, accommodations, meals, and other expenses not expressly included in the prize are at the Winner’s expense. By entering, you agree to these rules and confirm your eligibility for participation.
- Eligibility: The Eargasm x Experts Only Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Strand Industries, LLC (“Eargasm” or “Sponsor”), whose principal place of business is 6925 Canby Ave, Suite 105, Reseda, California 91335, United States.
- Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrants ("You") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions. You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Giveaway.
- Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on August 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM PT and end on August 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT. All online entries must be received by August 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT. The winner will be randomly selected and announced on August 31, 2026.
- How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry via social media platform, https://www.instagram.com/eargasm/, as instructed in the Giveaway announcement. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Eargasm. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, Your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Eargasm.
- Prizes: One winner of the Giveaway (the "Winner") will receive two (2) 2-Day (General Admission) tickets to Experts Only at Festival Randall’s Island in New York City, New York on September 19, 2026 - September 20, 2026 (the “Festival”); and two (2) sets of Eargasm High Fidelity Earplugs. Travel, transportation to and from the Festival, ferry passes, accommodations, meals, and all other expenses not expressly included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner and guest. Ticket delivery method is subject to the requirements of Medium Rare Events, Inc. (“Medium Rare Events”) and/or its authorized ticketing provider. and may be provided electronically or through another method designated by the Festival. Winner and guest are responsible for complying with all applicable ticket-delivery, transfer, mobile-ticketing, entry, and identification requirements. Winner and guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must abide by all venue and Festival policies, including the Experts Only Festival Ticketing Terms & Conditions https://www.expertsonlyfest.com/terms and the official Experts Only Festival information and policies https://www.expertsonlyfest.com/faq, including, but not limited to, presenting a valid government-issued photo ID at the venue for age verification and/or identification purposes. Medium Rare Events reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any Winner or guest who it and/or Festival or venue personnel determine, in their discretion, to be intoxicated, a safety risk, in violation of any Festival or venue policy or law, or otherwise engaging in prohibited or disruptive conduct. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during, and after the Festival. By accepting the prize, Winner and guest voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the Festival, including, but not limited to, personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss. Resale or unauthorized transfer of tickets is prohibited except as expressly permitted by Medium Rare Events and/or its authorized ticketing provider. By claiming and/or using the tickets, Winner and guest agree to the Experts Only Festival Ticketing Terms & Conditions https://www.expertsonlyfest.com/terms and to comply with all health and safety measures, venue requirements, and Festival policies in effect at the time of the Festival. Should the Festival be cancelled, postponed, delayed, rescheduled, interrupted, or modified in whole or in part for any reason, Sponsor and Released Parties shall have no further obligation to the Winner, except as otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided under the Experts Only Festival Ticketing Terms & Conditions. Approximate Retail Value of the prize is: Seven Hundred Eleven Dollars and Ninety Cents ($711.90). Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will be forfeited, and no substitution or compensation will be provided except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Eargasm shall determine the specifics of the prize, subject to any applicable ticketing and Festival requirements established by Medium Rare Events and/or its authorized ticketing provider. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Eargasm’s sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable, except as otherwise expressly permitted by Eargasm and applicable Festival ticketing terms. Any prize-related expenses, including, without limitation, any federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No request for the cash equivalent of the prize is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Eargasm to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Selection and Notification: A random drawing will be conducted on August 31, 2026 under the supervision of Eargasm to select the winner. The winner will be notified by Instagram DM following the selection of the Winner. Eargasm shall have no liability for the Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within two (2) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by the Winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER, AS DETERMINED BY EARGASM IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS THE WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL WINNER PRIVILEGES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
- Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant Eargasm permission to use your name, likeness, and any statements submitted in connection with the Giveaway for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Terms & Conditions: Eargasm reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if issues beyond its control affect its fairness or integrity. Eargasm may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates the rules. Attempts to damage the Giveaway or website may result in legal action.
- Limitation of Liability: By entering, you release Eargasm, Experts Only, Inc., Relentless Beats, LLC, Medium Rare Events, Inc., Medium Rare Live, LLC, EMW MUSIC GROUP LLC, prize providers, promotional agencies, the Festival venue, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, members, shareholders, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation: (a) unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information; (b) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize that may be awarded; (c) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (d) technical and/or communications malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind; (e) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Giveaway; (f) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or processing of entries; (g) any injury or damage to persons or property caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by participation in the Giveaway or receipt, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize, including attendance at the Festival; or (h) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in any cause of action arising from the Giveaway, the Released Parties’ liability shall be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs.
- Disputes: This Giveaway is governed by U.S. and California laws. Disputes must be resolved individually in California courts without class action, and participants waive any right to punitive or consequential damages, including attorney’s fees.

- Social Media: The Giveaway hosted by Eargasm is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, X, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
- Experts Only, Inc., Relentless Beats, LLC, Medium Rare Events, Inc., Medium Rare Live, LLC, and EMW MUSIC GROUP LLC are not Sponsors or administrators of the Giveaway and are not responsible for the selection or verification of the Winner. All inquiries regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor. By participating in the Giveaway, You acknowledge that You have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to these Official Rules.
