T&C – Eargasm x North Coast Music Festival Giveaway Terms and Conditions
- Entrants must be 18+ years of age or older and legal residents of the U.S. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta. Travel and accommodations are at the winner’s expense. By entering, you agree to these rules and confirm your eligibility for participation.
- Eligibility: The Eargasm x North Coast Music Festival Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Strand Industries, LLC (“Eargasm” or “Sponsor”), whose principal place of business is 6925 Canby Ave, Suite 105 RESEDA, California 91335, United States.
- Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrants ("You") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions. You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Giveaway.
- Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on July 27, 2026, at noon PT and end on August 2, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT. All online entries must be received by August 2, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT. The winner will be randomly selected and announced on August 3, 2026.
- How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry via social media platform, https://www.instagram.com/eargasm/, as instructed in the Giveaway announcement. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Eargasm. Each qualifying comment constitutes one entry. You must provide the information requested. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, Your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Eargasm.
- Prizes: One winner of the Giveaway (the "Winner") will receive two (2) 3-Day (General Admission) tickets to North Coast Music Festival at SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, Illinois on September 4, 2026 - September 6, 2026 (the “Festival”); and two (2) sets of Eargasm High Fidelity Earplugs. Parking, travel and accommodations are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of NCMF LLC, (“North Coast Music Festival”) (defined below), which will be either sent to the winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of Festival under the winner’s name. The winner and guest must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must abide by all venue and Festival policies: https://www.northcoastfestival.com/info/faq/, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at the venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. North Coast Music Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or guest who it and/or Festival/venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/venue policy or law, and/or may bring North Coast Music Festival into disrepute. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. By accepting the prize, Winner and guest voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the Festival, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss. Resale or transfer of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, you agree to North Coast Music Festival’s Terms and Conditions and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Festival. Should the Festival be cancelled, delayed, rescheduled, or modified in whole or in part for any reason, Sponsor and Released Parties shall have no further obligation to the Winner. Approximate Retail Value of the prize is: Eight Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars and Twelve Cents ($837.12). Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of North Coast Music Festival.
- Eargasm and North Coast Music Festival shall determine the specifics of the prize. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Eargasm’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any prize-related expenses, including without limitation any federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the Winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Eargasm and North Coast Music Festival to use the Winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
- Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Selection and Notification: A random drawing will be conducted on August 3, 2026 under the supervision of Eargasm to select the winner. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @eargasm. Eargasm shall have no liability for the Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. The winner must respond to Sponsor's notification within forty-eight (48) hours or an alternate winner may be selected. Receipt by the Winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (AT EARGASM’S SOLE DISCRETION WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS THE WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS THE WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
- Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant Eargasm, North Coast Music Festival and its affiliates the right to use your entry, name, likeness, and any statements for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation. You represent and warrant that your entry is original and does not infringe on any third party’s rights. If your entry violates intellectual property rights, You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Released Parties (defined below) harmless from any claims or damages arising from such infringement.
- Terms & Conditions: Eargasm reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if issues beyond its control affect its fairness or integrity. Eargasm may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates the rules. Attempts to damage the Giveaway or website may result in legal action.
- Limitation of Liability: By entering, you release Eargasm, North Coast Music Festival, prize providers, promotional agencies, franchisees, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with the Giveaway, including without limitation (a) the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information; (b) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the prize that may be awarded; (c) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (d) technical and/or communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind; (e) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Giveaway; (f) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (g) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize; or (h) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. You agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability shall be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs.
- Disputes: This Giveaway is governed by U.S. and California laws. Disputes must be resolved individually in California courts without class action, and participants waive any right to punitive or consequential damages, including attorney’s fees.

- Social Media: The Giveaway hosted by Eargasm is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, X, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
- North Coast Music Festival is not a Sponsor of the Giveaway and are in no way responsible for the administration of the Giveaway, the verification of winners or the fulfillment of prizing. All inquiries regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor. By participating in the Giveaway, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to the Official Rules.
